We successfully completed the relocation of workstations and PBX systems for UIT, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth transition to their new office.
The tasks completed include:
Dismantled and safely packed all workstations, including computers, monitors, and peripherals, for transport to the new location.- Relocated and reinstalled PBX systems, ensuring seamless telecommunication functionality.
- Reconnected and configured all workstations, ensuring they were fully operational and network-ready.
- Tested and verified PBX systems, including extensions, voicemail, and call routing, to ensure proper functionality.
- Provided on-site testing and validation, confirming that all systems were running smoothly in the new office.
This relocation project provided UIT with a fully functional IT and telephony environment in their new workspace, ensuring business operations could continue without interruptions.
