The tasks completed include:
Delivery and installation of 30x CAT6 network cables and 4x Cable Management Panels with 2x Ruijie RG-ES228GS-P 24-Port Smart Managed PoE Switches; all data points including C-Suite and Main Conference rooms verified with DHCP and Ping tests- Deployment of 3x Ruijie RG-RAP72 WiFi 7 Access Points with deep network optimization to eliminate dead zones and ensure seamless roaming across guest and corporate networks
- FortiGate 61F Next-Generation Firewall migration with WAN/Internal interface reconfiguration and trusted host access management via console cable
- NEC SL1000 Phone System configuration with full extension setup and user guides, plus installation and testing of 5x Poly ATA 400 devices for Starhub Smart UC
- Network integration of Canon IR-ADV C5535 including scan-to-email and secure print testing
- Professional server room optimization: unbundling legacy cables, repositioning rack for improved airflow, and accommodating new industrial printer/copier
- Testing, Documentation, Ticketing and User Acceptance Test across a phased onsite approach from March 9th to March 19th
Through a phased onsite approach, MLSI delivered a 99.9% uptime guarantee during power and electrical testing phases, a fully documented network with updated floor plans, server rack diagrams, and patching details, and true Day 1 Productivity—staff arrived at the new office with working phones, high-speed internet, and a secure environment.
