[NIP] Deployment of 2 Desktops and 5 Laptops
MLSI provided onsite support for NIP Asia Pte Ltd to deploy 2 desktops and 5 laptops. Our team completed initial setup, created user accounts, installed required software, activated licenses, configured Outlook with accounts, and tested printer connections. Data from old devices, including Outlook PST files, was successfully migrated.

Both desktops were joined to the domain, with user data migrated and printer drivers installed. All devices were tested and handed over to users with minimal downtime:
Setup of 5 new laptops (Windows configuration, user accounts, software installation, license activation, Outlook setup, printer configuration, and deployment to end-users).- Setup of 2 new desktops with dual monitors at the production area, including domain join, data migration, and troubleshooting domain conflicts.
- Migration of data from old devices to new ones, including PST files for Outlook.
- Testing of printers and overall system functionality for both desktops and laptops
Outcome of this project is All 5 laptops and 2 desktops successfully deployed and tested, User accounts, email, software, and printers fully configured, Data migration completed, with large secondary drive data flagged for user-side handling, Production area desktops joined to domain and running smoothly, Minimal downtime for users with a seamless transition from old devices.
