Microsoft Teams Phone System Setup
MLSI implemented the Microsoft Teams Phone System for Winsure Group UK and Paravene Capital UK, enabling a modern and flexible communication solution. By integrating with Microsoft 365, we ensured a seamless experience for users while consolidating communication tools into a single platform. The project included collaboration with V12 UK to establish Direct Routing, as well as the setup of call queues and auto attendants to improve call handling efficiency.
