[Dextra] Microsoft 365 Implementation and Migration
We successfully completed the Microsoft 365 implementation and migration project, providing the client with a secure, collaborative, and cloud-based workplace solution.
The tasks included:
Microsoft 365 Platform Setup: Configured DNS records to connect and enable Microsoft 365 services for the organization.- Microsoft 365 Platform Setup: Set up Intune for device management and security policies.
- Microsoft 365 Platform Setup: Configured Azure Active Directory for user management and secure access control.
- Microsoft 365 Platform Setup: Applied necessary security and compliance settings to protect data and meet regulatory standards.
- User and Data Migration: Created and set up user accounts for email, OneDrive, and SharePoint services.
- User and Data Migration: Migrated email mailboxes by archiving existing data and re-uploading it to the cloud.
- User and Data Migration: Transferred relevant documents and folders to SharePoint for centralized access and collaboration.
- Backup Solutions: Configured Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup Services for Microsoft 365 to ensure secure and reliable backups.
This project equipped the client with a fully functional and secure Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless communication, enhanced productivity, and robust data protection.
