[CRE8] NAS, Acronis & M365 Setup
We successfully implemented a comprehensive IT solution for CRE8, enhancing their data management, security, and collaboration capabilities.
The tasks completed include:
Configured and deployed a NAS (Network-Attached Storage) system to centralize file storage and enable secure, efficient access for all users.- Implemented Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, ensuring data protection through automated backups and advanced cybersecurity features for all devices.
- Set up and integrated Microsoft 365, including user account creation, mailbox configuration, and license assignments.
- Deployed SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to enhance collaboration and streamline document management.
- Configured backup policies for both NAS and cloud environments, ensuring critical data was securely stored and easily recoverable.
- Provided training and documentation to empower CRE8’s team to effectively manage and utilize the new systems.
This project equipped CRE8 with a secure, collaborative, and scalable IT infrastructure, enabling efficient operations and safeguarding their critical data.
