For the UIT office relocation, we successfully handled the decommissioning, relocation, and reinstallation of IT infrastructure across the entire building.
Our key tasks included:
- Powering down and dismantling network equipment, ensuring secure packing for transport.
- Deploying and configuring the firewall, switches, NAS, and access points (APs) in the new server rack.
- Installing structured cabling, switches, and APs throughout all floors to establish a stable network connection.
- Setting up and configuring the IP phone system for all users to facilitate seamless communication.
- Documenting network and cabling configurations for future reference.
- Conducting connectivity tests to verify that all systems were properly integrated and fully operational
This relocation project ensured a well-structured and efficient IT infrastructure, allowing UPH to resume operations smoothly in their new office.
