We successfully facilitated a Knowledge Transfer Service for Lianbee, ensuring a seamless transition and operational continuity by transferring essential IT knowledge from the current IT vendor to their in-house IT team.
The scope of the project included:
- Office IT Infrastructure: Detailed transfer of knowledge regarding network configurations, hardware, and software setup, including security policies, backup systems, and maintenance procedures.
- Datacentre Operations: Comprehensive knowledge transfer covering server configurations, virtualization, storage systems, disaster recovery plans, and monitoring tools.
- 16 Retail Outlets: Provided detailed guidance on the IT infrastructure at each outlet, including systems, network connectivity, and device configurations.
The knowledge transfer included in-depth documentation, hands-on training sessions, and guided walkthroughs, empowering the in-house IT team to independently manage and maintain the entire IT environment in Singapore.
This service ensured Lianbee achieved operational continuity, minimized downtime, and enhanced their IT team’s capacity to support business operations effectively.
