As part of the CICF office relocation, we successfully handled the dismantling, transportation, and reinstallation of critical IT infrastructure.
Our tasks included:
- Safely shutting down and dismantling infrastructure equipment before securely packing for transport.
- Installing and configuring the firewall, switches, NAS, and access points (APs) in the new office’s server rack.
- Setting up and organizing cabling while updating documentation for accurate connectivity records.
- Conducting network tests (ping tests) to ensure all hardware was properly connected and fully operational.
This process ensured a smooth transition with minimal downtime, allowing operations to resume seamlessly in the new location.
